PopUp Class Description:
Cardio and toning intervals utilizing weights, resistance bands, balls, and gliders combine in this challenging class.  
You will push your body improving both muscular and cardio endurance and have FUN doing it!



*You must bring your own mat and weights (3-8 lbs rec.)*
*If class is canceled due to weather, the cancellation will be posted to Mindbody*
