PopUp Workout 5 Years Strong Celebration

Class Description:

PopUp Workout is an hour long, full body workout that will push you to the max and deliver real results. Each class incorporates cardio, toning, core, and balance intervals focused on strengthening all of the muscles in your body. Compound movements using weights, resistance bands, balls, and gliders work both small and large muscle groups to fatigue. Cardio bursts keep the heart rate up for increased metabolic health and calorie burn.

What to expect:

* Please bring a yoga mat, 8-12 lb. weights, and water to each class. We provide the rest.

​How PopUp Workout Fitness got started in Chapel Hill, NC:

PopUp Workout, based in Chapel Hill, NC, began in the Spring of 2013 with just a few women working out in driveways and parking lots. This concept of "Popping Up" coupled with an intense yet fun workout quickly grew in popularity. Our instructors push you to challenge your body in ways that you never dreamed possible. We offer unique classes in convenient locations that are cost effective.

Our goal is that you leave each PopUp Workout a little stronger and happier than when you arrived.
