PopUp Class Description:
Cardio and toning intervals utilizing light weights, resistance bands, balls, and gliders combine in this challenging class.  
You will push your body improving both muscular and cardio endurance and have FUN doing it!


*All classes will be held outside - 6 feet apart*
*Class will be limited to 15 participants - advance sign up required*
*You must bring your own mat and weights (3-8 lbs rec.)*
*If class is canceled due to weather cancellation will be posted to Mindbody*
