MONDAY
​9:00-10:00 PopUp w/ Katie 
Chapel Hill Country Club - 103 Lancaster Dr, Chapel Hill, NC 
PopUp Class Description:
Cardio and toning intervals utilizing light weights, resistance bands, balls, and gliders combine in this challenging class. 

You will push your body improving both muscular and cardio endurance and have FUN doing it!


9:00-10:00 Kids PopUP! w/ Carrie
Chapel Hill Country Club - Inside lower level
Kids PopUP! Class Descrption:
This one hour class is 50% strength, 50% conditioning and 100% fun!

Kids will learn proper technique and form to increase their core strength, upper and lower body strength, balance, and cardio endurance.

They will move their bodies and burn energy in a positive, supportive environment and love every minute of it!


Ages 4 and up. All fitness levels welcome.
$10 first kiddo, $5 ea. add'l sibling


TUESDAY 

6:00-6:50am PopUp w/ Katherine 
Ephesus Elementary School

PopUp Express Class Description:
40 minutes of targeted muscle group work and cardio combined.

This fast paced class will have you on your way in 40 minutes feeling accomplished.

"Yoga style" lengthening, toning & cardio combine in this all levels class.​

PopUp Tone Class Description:
Toning, low impact cardio, functional movement, balance, core work, and stretching. 

Great for everyday strength and endurance as well as injury prevention.

PopUp Cardio Sculpt & Flow Class Description:
