HIIT + Tone Class Description:

25 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training combined with 25 minutes of non-impact toning. 


TUESDAY

PopUp Tone Class Description:
Toning, low impact cardio, functional movement, balance, core work & stretching. 


THURSDAY 

6:00-6:50am - PopUp w/ Katherine

10 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of upper/lower toning & 10 minutes of buns/abs, twice through.​​

PopUp Run + Tone Class Description:
20 minute warm up run followed by 30 minutes of toning, core & stretching.

All running/walking levels welcome. Run will be lead at 10 minute mile pace.
