MONDAY
8:15-9:15 PopUp w/ Katie
Chapel Hill Country Club - 103 Lancaster Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27517
PopUp Class Description:
Cardio and toning intervals utilizing light weights, resistance bands, balls, and gliders combine in this challenging class. 

You will push your body improving both muscular and cardio endurance and have FUN doing it!


9:30-10:30 PopUp HIIT + Tone w/ Carrie
Chapel Hill Country Club - Inside lower level

HIIT + Tone Class Description:
25 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training combined with 30 minutes of non-impact full body toning.


TUESDAY 

6:00-6:50am PopUp w/ Katherine
Ephesus Elementary School - 1495 Ephesus Church Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27517 - Gymnasium
Proceed to rear of school. Gym door will be open.

WEDNESDAY 

9:00-10:00 PopUp Tone w/ Katie
Chapel Hill Country Club 
PopUp Tone Class Description:
Toning, low impact cardio, functional movement, balance, core work, and stretching.

Great for everyday strength and endurance as well as injury prevention.

9:00-10:15 PopUp Cardio + Sculpt & Flow w/ Katie & Gina
Chapel Hill Country Club - Inside lower level
Class Description:
45 minutes of PopUp cardio followed by 30 minutes of stretching and sculpting. 

This 75 minute class will leave you feeling energized and ready to tackle whatever "Black Friday" brings your way.

Kids PopUp! Class Descrption:
This one hour class is 50% strength, 50% conditioning and 100% fun! Kids will learn proper technique and form to increase their core strength, upper and lower body strength, balance, and cardio endurance. They will move their bodies and burn energy in a positive, supportive environment and love every minute of it!

Ages 4 and up. All fitness levels welcome.
$10 first kiddo, $5 ea. add'l sibling
