PopUp Class Description:
Cardio and toning intervals utilizing light weights, resistance bands, balls, and gliders combine in this challenging class.  

You will push your body improving both muscular and cardio endurance and have FUN doing it!


9:30-10:30 PopUp HIIT + Tone w/ Carrie
Chapel Hill Country Club 
HIIT + Tone Class Description:
25 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training combined with 30 minutes of non-impact full body toning. 
Reach your heart rate max  (anaerobic threshold) and tone your muscles increasing your endurance and strength.


TUESDAY

9:00-10:00 PopUp Tone w/ Katie

PopUp Tone Class Description:
Toning, low impact cardio, functional movement, balance, core work, and stretching. 

Great for everyday strength and endurance as well as injury prevention.


THURSDAY

PopUp Sculpt, Flow & Cardio Class Description:
Yoga, toning & cardio combine in this all levels class. You will leave feeling invigorated & recharged.


FRIDAY

Lower impact cardio, strength & core moves combine at a rapid pace to tone and torch calories in this joint friendly class.

Kids PopUp! Class Descrption:
This one hour class is 50% strength, 50% conditioning and 100% fun! Kids will learn proper technique and form to increase their core strength, upper and lower body strength, balance, and cardio endurance. They will move their bodies and burn energy in a positive, supportive environment and love every minute of it!

Ages 4 and up. All fitness levels welcome.
$10 first kiddo, $5 ea. add'l sibling

PopUp Cardio Sculpt & Flow Class Description:
Cardio and "yoga style" toning combined. Focus on sculpting and lengthening  with heart pumping cardio mixed in.
PopUp Tone"ish" class description
A happy medium between PopUp and Tone. Lower impact cardio and strength & core moves combine at a rapid pace to tone and torch calories in this joint friendly class.
