PopUp Class Description:
Cardio and toning intervals utilizing light weights, resistance bands, balls, and gliders combine in this challenging class.

You will push your body improving both muscular and cardio endurance and have FUN doing it!


9:30-10:30 PopUp HIIT + Tone w/ Carrie
Chapel Hill Country Club - Inside lower level
*Option to bring your own heavier weights (5lbs. rec) to class

HIIT + Tone Class Description:
25 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training combined with 30 minutes of non-impact full body toning.

Toning, low impact cardio, functional movement, balance, core work, and stretching.

Great for everyday strength and endurance as well as injury prevention.

PopUp InTENse Class Description:
10, 10, 10 is InTENse! 10 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of arms/legs and 10 minutes of buns/abs, twice through.

PopUp Run + Tone Class Description:
20 minute warm up run followed by 30 minutes of toning, core & stretching. 

All running/walking levels welcome. Run will be lead at 10 minute mile pace.
